We like to discuss and highlight inequalities a lot.
We've talked about things. Inequalities experienced by neurodivergent people in workplaces. We've talked about the inequalities experienced by autistic women and girls, and basically non-males. But one thing that I would've loved to have talked about more and I'm delighted to get really dive deep into it today with my guest is the inequalities experienced by parents of black autistic children or black autistic adults.
The diagnostic average age is much, much higher. There's still kind of ingrained equality in the system, and my guess today is really at the forefront of promoting equality for black autistic people, young and old across the world.
